The acoustic version really is amazing. I start crying everytime I hear it. It’s such a beautiful song and definitely summerizes my life from an eager 7 year old flipping through the pages of the first few books to a 16 year old, re-reading the books and waiting for the movies.

love love love this song. had me in tears. i remember i refused to read the philosopher’s stone, but my sister made me when I was in second grade. i’m 18 now and going to college, and my love for harry potter is still what sustains me – through change, through friendships lost and gained, through growing up – my life has been changed. it’s magical

This is exactly how i feel about Harry Potter at this moment. Its a wonderful song, an amazing voice. Gets the tears flowing thick and fast everytime. Its sad that it has finally come to an end. My childhood is slowly dying. 3 weeks. I can’t come to terms with needing to say goodbye, i don’t think that i can do it.
I both love and hate this song at the same time. I hate it because it’s impossible for me to listen to it in public, as I’d be crying my eyes out. I love it because it’s so true and it probably sums up all of our feelings; now that the books are done and all the movies are out, we only have each other. And Pottermore, of course, but that doesn’t really count, as most of us won’t get in any time soon.

I love this song, so much. I can’t listen to it without tearing up and thinking, “Why did it fly by so fast?” Because it seems like just yesterday, I was the youngest person who my brother toke a harry-potter priemere party with his friends for that first book in 01 because he had to. I miss Harry Potter so much but it will never end because for one, POTTERMORE COMES OUT IN 6 DAYS! And I’m getting a bunch of Itunes giftcards so hopefully I could WROCK songs on my IPod.
